HLAHS Mission
Our mission is to preserve and protect the buildings and artifacts which reflect the history of the Houghton Lake Area. We are dedicated to educating the residents and visitors of Houghton Lake on our logging history and life in the 1800's to 1900's
When to stop on in!
Our Historical Village & Museum is Open to tour on Friday's & Saturday's from Memorial Weekend thru Labor Day Weekend. We will be open from 12:00pm until 4:00pm.
We are open for special events from May to December. Follow our Facebook page for upcoming events.
Need a place for a special event or party? The Playhouse, Village Church, Gazebo & Party Pavilion are all available for rentals.
